Telling Ss and Ps "If you can't figure out your remote assignments after 5 minutes, reach out" gives them permission to "bug you" instead of just giving up or struggling in silence

Numbering assignments REALLY helps in learning management systems: 001, 002, 003 (h/t @alicekeeler)
You can add a letter code and number each subject, too:
👉Social studies: SS001
👉Language arts: LA001
👉Math: M001#googleedu #microsoftedu #remotelearning #edtech #canvaslms— Matt Miller (@jmattmiller) July 20, 2020

Teachers, I beg you. Resist the temptation to bash teachers who feel differently than you about returning in-person this fall. Teachers bashing teachers does nothing to uplift our profession; this job is way too hard to assume any teacher doesn’t care about students.

.@RoundRockISD cancels summer extracurricular & campus activities. The cancellations follow Travis County's July 14 order that states all public & private schools in the county are to delay on-campus instruction until at least Sept. 7.
